It's the good thing about Christmas gifts : P . I unexpectedly dropped a netbook, the LG X110 . Had long been watching them in all stores and comparative reading and I must say that along with the Samsung NC10 , was the one I liked. They are generally the two are the same model and the famous MSI Wind as well as many other netbooks (Medion Akoya, Advent 4211, Ahtec Netbook N011 ...).

LG X110

The benefits, typical, are all very similar, Atom 1.6 GHz, 1GB RAM, 160GB, webcam, wifi and bluetooth on something less than 1.2 kg. It is precisely the bluetooth what differentiates it from other models because it is one of the few who bring.

Still I could not try it much, but I can say is light, without a doubt, and start fast. As a paste, the first I've noticed is the mouse, the rough surface is something which takes agility and, above all the buttons (left and right) are really bad, insensitive and of poor quality in general.

The other downside is the typical in this type of devices, 3-cell battery is completely inadequate, not come within two hours (1:45 or so) running on wifi (and bluetooth off, if you turn it on is even worse) . This was the highlight of the Samsung NC10 said earlier that it comes with 6 cell battery as standard.

Also missing today a 3G modem, I think all these netbooks should bring and end up with because all of them. I 'll buy me in the coming weeks for use with Simyo meantime I will use with my Nokia E51 via USB cable, a more than satisfactory option that provides connectivity and HSDPA .

I say first of all that luxury comes to take me up in the escapades and ground travel to and cope with emergencies that may arise (many more than that I'd like). Now comes the worst, the supplements to the toy, battery of 6 or 9 cells (essential), the cover (would be a shame to rayase) and 3G modem. Anyway, keep spending : P .
